Hi! It’s me, Erin Root
After my second baby I felt so weak. I was disconnected from my pelvic floor and I didn’t know that I never knew how to feel, let alone engage, my deep core. For months I followed youtube videos that promised I would be able to feel like myself again. And over many months I practiced, alone, in my house, in the moments that I wasn’t needed by my family. It was a long and slow process and I craved more instruction, more accountability, and friends who were on the same journey.
I finally had my ah-ha moment, and I am convinced it could have happened sooner if I was held in a consistent container. I searched for one. And it wasn’t there.
So I decided to create it. I have put my training as a Rolfer and my training as an Authentic Relating facilitator to use. I pulled from my experience of sitting in many ten-day long silent meditations called Vipassana, all of the dance, yoga, and tantra workshops from a decade of travel in my 20s. I pulled from my experience of being a farmer and tending to the land, in the way that I learned to tend to myself.
I am on a mission to support you, and all women, to come home to yourself. This matters now more than ever. I hope you will book a call with me to see if we can support one another.

FAQ
Do I need to have an existing practice?
Nope. This is designed to get you prepped to do that, and safely, without overwhelm.
What if I have have an existing practice?
That is okay too! You will learn how to sync your breath into your moves and turn on that deep core to protect yourself from injury.
What if I miss a day?
Replays are available, and weekends are off so you can catch up if need be.
Is this safe for postpartum / injury recovery?
Yes — and we’ll discuss your needs on our 1:1 call.
Do I need experience with breathwork or yoga?
No. This is beginner-safe and body-led.
