The 5-Day Flow
Day 1: Yes, I Have a Body
Take inventory of where you are now- can you feel your body? Connect to breath and your spine, because a healthy spine = healthy life!
Who is this “pelvic floor” and what does she hold? How can you feel her and how do you foster a relationship to her?
Day 2: Meet Your Pelvic Floor
Feel your internal anchor, the deepest musculature that wraps the base of your spine, and awaken your powerhouse. Lay down your solid foundation and watch your creature move with grace.
Day 3: Discover your Deep Core
Practice presence in nature and in relationships — learn how deep core awareness shifts your ability to connect
Day 4: Deep Core in Connection
Integrate this work into the dance of life- beginning with some music, your body and your breath. Experience how movement gets to be fun again.
Day 5: Dance From the Core
Each session is 45 minutes (totally accessible for you to show up for yourself!)

ERIN ROOT
I’ve been on a journey of embodiment for decades. I was a cheerleader, dancer, yoga enthusiast, and a wannabe circus performer. And, no matter what I tried, I never felt I had a place with the “cool kids” who were good at these things because I didn’t have a strong enough core.
Turns out, I was never using my deep core and I had no idea. (I couldn’t even feel it.) After my second baby, I discovered how to activate my pelvic floor and connect to my deep core, and everything changed. I feel at home in my body, exercise and yoga have become waaaaay more fun, and I can regulate myself in an instant when things get weird.
Since 2014, I’ve been a Certified Rolfer® through the Rolf Institute in Boulder, where I did a deep dive into the study of fascia and movement. I love everything about the human body, especially how it moves. I am a facilitator of Authentic Relating, and I create a strong container to guide women who want to restore their connection to self.
I’m on a mission to help women worldwide feel their pelvic floor, wake up their deep core, and turn their bodies back on. Won’t you come get a taste of what I am up to?
